Chelsea are very close to signing Jules Kounde from Sevilla, and the club believes the deal will be completed next week. Barcelona are also interested in signing Kounde, and manager Xavi has spoken with him, but the French star is said to prefer a move to Stamford Bridge for Premier League football. Sevilla are interested in Blackburn forward Ben Brereton Diaz, who scored 21 goals in 37 league games last season, but they are unwilling to pay the £20 million asking price.
