Chelsea defeated Club America 2-1 in a pre-season friendly, despite an own goal in the second half.
Timo Werner gave the Blues the lead, but Reece James scored an own goal three minutes later. Mason Mount, on the other hand, was able to reclaim their lead.
Mike Keegan of Sportsmail examined each player's performance during the pre-season friendly in Las Vegas.
CHELSEA: 1st HALF
Kepa: No chance to save 5.5.
Chalobah: He did his job well, but not much can be read into a friendly kickabout 5.5.
Silva: With a powerful header, he came close to giving Chelsea the lead, but he was not tested defensively. 6 Sarr: With his second touch, he put the ball out and with his third, he made a goal-saving tackle. 5
Hudson-Odoi: Anonymous. He struggled with his run timing and direction. 5
Barkley: He appeared to be off the pace, which is understandable given that this is his first run out of 5.
Gallagher: Recalled from loan with something to prove. Played some nice passes in a high-energy performance that earned him a yellow card. 7
Chilwell: It's great to see him back after his horrific injury. He had little to do as he eased into his first post-ACL start. 5.5
Ziyech: Delivered a tempting free-kick for Silva to head over but otherwise remained quiet. 5.5 Havertz: Missed a relatively simple opportunity when Gallagher played him in and failed to even get his shot on target. I struggled at times to stay on track. 5
Kenedy: Smart flick, clattered for his troubles, and revenge served in less than seven minutes for the Brazilian, who performed admirably in an unfamiliar role at right wing-back. 7
CHELSEA: SUBS IN THE SECOND HALF
Bettinelli was involved in a disastrous mix-up that resulted in Club America's equalizer. Not very good. 5 Azpilicueta: He does his job. Will be missed if he goes to Barcelona as expected. 5.5 Ampadu: A relatively easy night. When on the ball, he appeared to be at ease. 5.5 Emerson: Little to do at centre-back. 5.5 Alonso: Added balance to the left and an outlet going forward. 6 James: Made an immediate impact, playing a crucial cross in the build-up to Chelsea's opener, which was cancelled out by a clumsy own goal. 6 Mount: Quiet by his own standards until his beauty won him the race 7
Jorginho: His arrival lifted his team with some intelligent passing and space-finding. 6.5
Pulisic: Tame shot saved in space moments after coming on and then headed over from close range. 5.5
Batshuayi: Appeared to be a threat, but his shots were frequently erroneous. When given a glimpse of the goal, I have taken far too long on several occasions. Guilty of a series of missed opportunities 5
Werner: There were some creative moments. Linked well with Batshuayi and calmly took his goal 6.5
