GENERAL REPUTATION PROTECTION
The legal team of MR. Hassan Zein, a businessman and philanthropist from Ghana, wishes to issue a CEASE AND DESIST order to anyone or any group of people responsible for the heinous distribution of malicious falsehood intended to tarnish his well-earned public and corporate reputations on a national and international scale.
The following are examples of the types of defamatory publications that are of a digital, electronic, or print media nature:
A faceless cartel exploited the national print and electronic media of Mali to publish what it claimed to be news, along with gruesome libellous articles about Mr. Zein's character, over the course of months. This was done in West Africa. The TOGUNA Editor-in-Chief of the publication was decided against, condemned to prison, and imprisoned following a fierce legal struggle in a Malian High Court of Justice.
a news outlet for libelously and appallingly defaming Mr. Zein based solely on a falsehood while refusing to identify the perpetrators of this very crime.
Defamation cases involving publications that are egregiously inhumane and unethical are now pending in Ghanaian high courts:
* A well-known blogger in Ghana, according to news articles and his Facebook accounts.
* Multiple nations worldwide have posted on social media that they are seeking a Malian of Arab descent.
A private television owner on his television programme
* A well planned plot involving an immigrant family and a fictitious Ghanaian lawyer was revealed.
Tired with these expensive yet health-degrading and mentally devastating endeavours, MR. HASSAN ZEIN is issuing this notice to advise anybody who may be involved in or planning to do similar harms to CEASE and DESIST as soon as possible.
Generations to come will experience unnecessary suffering as a result. Should any prospective offenders participate in such, the Highest Court of Justice would be sought to defend and restore the need.
We encourage everyone to disregard such pointless and worthless acts of injustice. This advice goes for individuals, organisations, governments, and the entire planet.
