Some students in form three's last year are currently writing their last practice test. While waiting eagerly for the WASSCE, other schools have already finished theirs. WASSCE is rapidly approaching now. Students must effectively prepare for the exam.
These students are likely to experience some pressure and anxiety before the test because they haven't had much time to learn. Every student should be aware, though, that being terrified right now will only cause them to fail. Additionally, the examination will be administered similarly to every other exam they have taken. However, it's more likely to be slightly intense.
There is nothing to worry about as long as one is ready and prepared to take the exam. Students should take care to prepare for the test by gathering all relevant materials and being organized. Having everything you need will save you time and prevent you from asking friends for help. Students should also be aware that passing requires rigorous study. Therefore, as of right now, every student's hobby should be studying.
The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has yet to receive payment from the Ghanaian government for funding the 2021 Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) and the West African Senior School Certificate Examination, according to Peter Nortsu Kotoe, a member of parliament for Akatsi North (WASSCE).
According to him, the Government owes GHC 7,221,755.00 for the BECE and GHC 15,790,072.00 for the WASSCE.
There is currently a combined debt of $23 million, 11 thousand, 8 hundred, and twenty seven Ghana cedis for the two tests scheduled for 2021. (GH 23,011,827.00).
In a statement made on the floor of Parliament, Mr. Nortsu-Kotoe emphasized that the WAEC's largest difficulty in performing its duties is the Council's insufficient money release.
