Sterling leaves Manchester City after seven successful and trophy-filled seasons. He joins Chelsea.
During his illustrious tenure with the club, he scored 131 goals and assisted his former team in winning four Premier League championships.

And Sinclair, a sports analyst, believes Sterling ought to join his new team and take the captain's role.
He thinks the attacker should be well-prepared to take on the role of club captain given the experience he has gained playing in England's top division.
