The Industrial and Commercial Workers Union (ICU) has charged administration of associations, to stick to the arrangements in Collective Agreements and the Labor Act, 2003, Act 651, to keep up with and support amicable relations at work.
The General Secretary, Morgan Ayawine, likewise encouraged specialists to be watchful, true and fair in their relationship with the board to guarantee an amicable concurrence.
