Wiegman said her side effects had been "a little temperature and a little hacking, yet not really awful".
"It's not the most horrendously terrible bad dream, simply a circumstance we need to manage. I'm near nevertheless taking care of my business. I'm simply doing things essentially or outside from a major distance with the cover," she said.
The Football Association reported before on Tuesday that save goalkeeper Hannah Hampton had tried positive for Covid, the second player in the England crew to do as such during the competition after protector Lotte Wubben-Moy.
