Global InfoAnalytics' most recent presidential opinion survey for 2024 includes Alan.

 

According to a recent survey by Global InfoAnalytics, John Dramani Mahama, the former president of Ghana, would defeat Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and Alan Kyerematen of the New Patriotic Party if elections were held in July 2022. (NPP).

 

The poll predicts that if voters had to choose between Mahama and Bawumia right now, Mahama would get 58 percent of the vote and the Vice President would get 31 percent.

 

However, according to the study, 11 percent of voters will favor different candidates.

 

On the other hand, according to the poll, if John Dramani Mahama of the NDC were to run against Alan Kyerematen, the current trade and industry minister, Mahama would win by a margin of 61 percent to 30 percent.

 

The poll also found that, in such a race, about 9% of voters would cast their ballots in favor of opposing candidates.

 

A sample of 5,490 people with a confidence level of 99 percent was used for the survey. The error margin was 1.737 percent, plus or minus.

 

A simulation model was also used to choose 75 seats at random, with a total of 4,877,028 voters in the chosen constituencies.

 

In the 2020 general election, the NPP won 41 of the 75 constituencies that were randomly chosen, while the NDC won 34 of them.

 

Additionally, the Voters' Register maintained by the 2020 Electoral Commission served as a sampling frame for the allocation of sample sizes to each district.

Three of the constituency's three electoral districts were chosen at random to serve as the interview location for each chosen constituency.

 

Interviews were place between July 1 and July 15, 2022.

 

According to the researchers, data was gathered using a survey app on the ground and findings were sent in real time to the cloud, with the exception of cases where there were network issues, in which case an offline method was employed and data was uploaded when connectivity was restored.
