Bayern coach Munich Julian Nagelsmann said "crazy" that Barcelona has been able to make many signing in the transfer window, including Robert Lewandowski from the Bundesliga champion.
Barcelona has fought financially in the last season but was able to seal the signature of FIFA players twice this year Lewandowski in an agreement of € 45 million.
The Catalan giant also signed a Brazilian wing player Raphinha from Leeds with a price of € 55 million reported and has brought central defender Andreas Christensen and former AC Milan midfielder Franck Kessie to Camp Nou with a free transfer.
"They bought a lot of players. I don't know how," Nagelsmann told a press conference in Washington during his team's preseason tour in the United States.
"This is the only club in the world that has no money but can buy any player. This is crazy for me.
"They found a solution. I don't know how, but yes, they have a better squad than last season."
Lewandowski, whose contract will be completed next year, has said in May, "It is certain that my story with Bayern has ended."
The 33-year-old pole left the club after scoring 344 goals in the eight-year-old spell and netted more than 40 times in seven consecutive seasons.
"That's good for Bayern," I Nagelsmann. "This is difficult. He scored a lot of goals and is one of the big stars of Bayern.
"But he will still leave. If it is not this season, it will be the next, so we will have that challenge a year later and that is why the agreement is not too bad for Bayern."
Bayern, who won the 10th Bundesliga title, respectively last season, signed the Senegal Sadio Mane striker from Liverpool during the near season.
They also completed the agreement of € 67 million to take Dutch defender Matthijs de Ligt from Juventus and brought former Ajax Ryan Gravenberch and Noussair Mazraoui to the Allianz Arena.
This is not the first time Bayern hit in Barca.
Former club president Uli Hoeness said in June when Barcelona was interested in Lewandowski: "They seem to be financial artists who, despite having a lot of debt, seem to always find banks to give them money to make such offers."
In March 2021, Barcelona said they suffered from large debts, cash flow problems, and large wage bills.
Since then they have spread debt, have taken new loans from Goldman Sachs and signed an agreement worth several million euros, especially with giants streaming Spotify music.
