Chelsea have finally agreed to Sevilla's asking price for Jules Kounde.

Chelsea have increased their bid to meet Sevilla's asking price for defender Jules Kounde. Chelsea have returned to France international Matthijs de Ligt after missing out on priority centre-back signing Matthijs de Ligt, who has joined Bayern Munich from Juventus.

According to our source, the Blues returned to the negotiating table for Kounde earlier this week and made an offer of €55 million, which fell €10 million short of the La Liga club's valuation. Chelsea, on the other hand, remained in talks, and 90min has learned that their latest bid of €65 million (£55 million), which includes add-ons worth around €10 million, has been accepted in principle by Sevilla's sporting director, Monchi.

Lingard was offered £200k per week to join Forest.

According to the Daily Mail, Nottingham Forest have offered Jesse Lingard a lucrative weekly salary of around £200,000. The Reds are hoping to outbid West Ham for the England midfielder, whose representatives want a multi-million pound fee to find him a new club. This follows the news that West Ham have already made a proposal to sign Lingard and are satisfied with the offer on the table.

 Birighitti joins Dundee United.

Dundee United have officially signed goalkeeper Mark Birighitti. After three years with his native Australia's Central Coast Mariners, the 31-year-old has signed a two-year contract with Tannadice. Birighitti, a one-time international, spent the 2016/17 season with Swansea but did not make a single first-team appearance.

"I'm buzzing to be here," Birighitti told Dundee United FC. It's been a long journey to get to Scotland, and I'm excited to get started.

"It's a long way from home, but I've previously played in Europe in England and the Netherlands, and I've always wanted to come back here."

"There's no better place than Dundee United to do it, and I'm looking forward to the season." Crystal Palace and Bayern Munich have agreed an £11 million deal. Christopher Richards, Crystal Palace and Bayern Munich defender Chris Richards have agreed a fee of £8.5 million plus £2.5 million in add-ons, according to Sportsmail.

Richards joined Bayern from FC Dallas but has only appeared in ten senior games for the German club.

Thomas Tuchel was taken aback by Timo Werner's comments after the forward suggested he might leave Chelsea.

The Blues manager cited Werner's lucrative contract, worth a reported £270,000 per week, and stated that he must earn his playing time. Tuchel responded to the German's remarks by saying, "I'm surprised. I would be very happy as a young guy to have a contract at Chelsea Football Club."

"I'd be one of the most contented people on the planet." He must gain game time by demonstrating quality, taking his place, and defending his position.

"Having a contract with Chelsea would make me one of the happiest people on the planet." I'm not sure why he said that. "

Manchester City has informed Brighton that they will not meet Brighton's £50 million asking price for Marc Cucurella.

Manchester City has informed Brighton that they will not meet Marc Cucurella's £50 million asking price. This summer, Brighton are not actively looking to sell the Spain international.

The City full-back, Zinchenko, is set to join Arsenal in a £32 million deal, and the Premier League champions have already begun looking for a replacement.

Zinchenko's move to Arsenal is almost complete, and City's failure to land their first-choice replacement is not expected to cause a delay. Cucurella is a favourite of City manager Pep Guardiola, having been named Players' Player of the Season and Player of the Season at Brighton's season-ending awards last season.
