Mali's military on Thursday said three fighters and three "psychological militants" kicked the bucket following concurrent early morning assaults in a few towns in the nation's middle and west, adding to a developing rundown of dangerous occurrences since a week ago.

In a proclamation, the military faulted Al-Qaeda-subsidiary Macina Katiba jihadists for the assaults, which it said occurred in and around the towns of Douentza, Koro, Sevare, Bapho, Segou and Kolokani.

It said one trooper and three fear mongers were killed after a vehicle detonated in Douentza at 6:30 am (nearby and GMT), trailed by gunfire.

In Kolokani, 120 kilometers (75 miles) north of the capital Bamako, "perplexing and concurrent assaults designated the unit of the Anti-Terrorist Force and the Territorial Brigade of the Gendarmerie" at around 0530 GMT, killing two Malian warriors and injuring three others, the military said.

In Koro, a vehicle detonated at around 0515 GMT, leaving no losses.

Shells were shot at military mixtures in Segou and Bapho, causing no setbacks, while one more vehicle was found in Mopti close to the town of Sevare loaded with explosives yet effectively annihilated without causing harm, the military said.

A series of triumphs guaranteed

Prior Thursday, the military reported it had "killed" 48 "fear based oppressors" during a few tasks completed between July 14 and 18 in the middle and east of the Sahel country.

In focal Mali, "six psychological militants (were) killed" in weighty battling in the cooperative of Mondoro following an assault on a tactical watch on July 14, the military said in a proclamation.

It additionally said it "killed" two "outfitted fear monger gatherings" that very day in the Sokolo region, and seven other "psychological militants" in the cooperatives of Kolongo, Niaro and Pogo.

Toward the finish of procedure on July 18, it said, it had killed two "psychological militants" in the community of Timissa, eight in the town of Tiemaba and seven in Gnawouro.
