The release of the deposit of € 50,000 while the German footballer of Ataken Karazor was accused of rape
German footballer Atakan Karazor, who was arrested after being accused of rape on Ibiza Festival Island in June, was released Thursday by € 50,000, justice officials announced.
The 25 -year -old Stuttgart player will have to "appear periodically" in court and is "forbidden to approach and communicate with the victim," added the court.
Karazor had been detained since his arrest on the island where he was accused, with a friend, of rape by an 18 -year -old woman.
The two men were accused of "sexual assault", a category of offense including that of rape.
According to judicial sources, Karazor has already paid his deposit.
In a statement published after his arrest, Stuttgart said that the player "denied any criminal act".
Stuttgart did not specify the reasons why the defensive midfielder was arrested.
Karazor played 25 appearances in all competitions last season for Stuttgart, who did not stay in the Bundesliga on last season.
Brees retired from the NFL in March 2021 following a 20-year career. He joined NBC Sports as an analyst after retiring but parted ways with the network in June.
