In the morning of a new day, I heard the distant sound of a carriage approaching. My aunt and little niece Jacinta where shedding tears of sorrow, I was hopelessly trying to cheer them up but to no avail. The Coachman came to us '' Miss Mira it time for you to leave for the castle 🏰" The middle aged man said. '' Take care of yourself aunt flora and you Jacinta be good okay " I did my best to put up a bright and brave face, I got into the carriage and took a last look at my grieving family. Once I got into the carriage I waved them goodbye and we set off to my new destination. After what felt like forever we finally arrived at the castle 🏰, the palace was huge from the outside, it had two guards stationed at the front of the huge gate, the two guards looked exquisitely beautiful I guess they are Vampires , as we entered into the castle a guard escorted me through the long corridor in the castle. I was lost in my own thoughts , and didn't realize when we reached a huge door, The beautiful guard gave a gentle knock on the door and a deep voice from inside the room responded '' Come in" As we entered into the room , I was greeted by the presence of a brown haired Vampire, his demeanor exuded authority and confidence that only happened when a person held an important position. The room looked like a study room. '' Welcome Mira , as you already know my is Skyler ,I am the chief advisor to the great and Noble king Lord Alexander" He smiled '' Thank you Lord Skyler , the pleasure is mine my Lord " I replied him . He chuckled and said '' Mira you can call me Skyler when we are alone " he said and I looked at him suspiciously, '' I give you this concession because of your baking and cooking skills that caught my attention " well I know you must be surprised at what he meant by my baking and cooking skills well Skyler saved me from a rogue of hungry Vampires 🦹♀️
