"He ate it?" Alicia widened her eyes in shock as she saw the empty plate with Jeremy.
"Yeah , all you needed to do was pet him but ....."
"You shouldn't be blaming me Jerry, I have never done this. And I must say, You and Logan really share a tight bond. He does not know who you are yet he was so free with you. Seriously, I'm envious" Alicia said and Jeremy laughed.
"You can say that over and over again. Jeremy is the best gift ever given to me, I love him damn so much. I wish this would end so quick. I wanna play our favourite games with him, sing to him new songs I just learn. Oh God" Jeremy smiled a little.
"You guys do all of that? " Alicia asked Jeremy.
"Yeah, did you even know we have Code? We can communicate without speaking to each other "Tu Tu, TuTu Tara" that's our secret code".
"Tu Tu... what? What does that mean?" Alicia asked.
"We wactched a movie and heard it there, my boy loved it and wanted us to use it. It was even his idea. Tu Tu, TuTu Tara is the call, I'm not gonna tell you the response "Jeremy said to Alicia boyishly.
"Come on, Tell me. Please " Alicia pleaded.
"Nah, That's not happening. Jerome is gonna get mad at me, only he has the right to add someone to our geng" Jeremy said, Proudly.
"Geng?" This is mad!" Alicia laughed.
*"Yeah I know it is but , i love it" Jeremy replied. *
A long silence then ensued..........
"I.... I like you " Alicia broke the silence.
"What?" Jeremy frowned.
"I've really missed a lot. I have a cute,lively Son and an overcaring handsome Husband. Swear to God, I am blind" Alicia said and Jeremy laughed.
"Let's forget about that please" Jeremy said and patted her shoulder then walked past her.
~~~Next day.
"See what I've got for you Logan ......" Jeremy said childishly as he entered .
"What's wrong my boy?" Jeremy asked and sat on the bed beside Jerome.
"Uncle?" Jerome's tiny voice cracked.
"Y...yes?"
"I want to ask you something, promise me you won't lie to me" Logan said.
"I promise you " Jeremy said.
"Who are you?" Jerome asked.
"What?" Jeremy widened his eyes.
"You promised to be sincere. Who are you? " Jerome asked again.
"I...I am your uncle" Jeremy replied.
"But why don't I remember you?" Jerome asked.
"You've never seen me,I only came around when you had an accident" Jeremy lied.
"Lie! You're lying! How about this picture?" Jerome brought out a picture of he and Jeremy.
"T....where did you find it?"
Jeremy shivered.
"I entered your room, my pictures and Yours are plastered across your room. I saw pictures we took together, but then....I started seeing flashes, it wasn't clear....but You were there" Jerome whipered.
"You....you saw them?"
"Who are you?".
"I...am your uncle"
"Please tell me the truth! It's like my head is on fire, I keep seeing blurry images. What's wrong with me? I have no single picture with my Mum, I have thousands of pictures with you! Yet you said we've never met, how come?" Jerome asked crying.
"Jerome...."
"You also keep calling me Jerome, but I am Logan" .
"Tu Tu TuTu Tara" Jerome whispered.
"Hey, My buddy is here" Jerome said back.
"You know that" Jeremy smiled.
"How do I know that? I am scared, Help me please.... I can't think straight " Jerome hugged Jeremy tight.
"Come...You need to sleep, then everything will be more and more clear to you " Jeremy said.
"It's gonna lead to nightmares" Jerome cried.
"I'll be by your side, I'll be the first person you see.... I promise" Jeremy assured Jerome and laid him to sleep.
"That's a promise, you know " Jerome said finally closing his eyes.
