Lavrov reminded Africans that Russia isn't "stained with the ridiculous crimes of expansionism" on the landmass, yet has all things considered "earnestly upheld Africans in their battle for freedom from pilgrim persecution," throughout the long term, including monetary, military and instructive help.

Russia "forces nothing on anybody or advise others how to live," Lavrov contended. "We treat with extraordinary regard the sway of the States of Africa, and their natural right to decide the way of their advancement for themselves."

Moscow's guideline of "African answers for African issues" is as a conspicuous difference to the "ace - slave" rationale of the previous frontier drives, the Russian negotiator noted.

Relations among Russia and African countries are "of a natural worth and don't rely upon vacillations in the international climate," Lavrov brought up in shutting. "It is great to see that our African companions have a comparable comprehension."
