These are done deals that were completed yesterday.

Jesus Tzolis

The 20-year-old Greece spectacular forward, who cost Norwich €11 million when he was acquired from PAOK last summer, has moved on to FC Twente of the Dutch Eredivisie.

This comes after Norwich City's season-ending relegation. He was hired first on a loan basis before being transferred permanently.

Charles Lawrence

Chelsea has revealed that they would loan out a graduate of their academy to League One team Milton Keynes Dons this summer with the intention of signing them to a permanent contract later.

On the first day of the transfer window, the 18-year-old Brazilian attacking midfielder made a €6 million move from his home club Atletico Mineiro to newly promoted Troyes in France Ligue 1. PSV Eindhoven confirmed the transfer in an official club post.
