1. The operator of concrete pump truck must receive special training, be familiar with pump’s mechanical properties, master pump operating methods and precautions, fulfill security responsibilities at every step of production, and abide by relevant safety requirements.
2. When pumping concrete, the users should observe operational procedures. The pipe joints and valves must be intact. The pipe rack must be strong and detach from the pumping site as a support system. Before pumping, the users have to test the pipe by conveying water.
3. When using concrete admixtures, the staff shall operate seriously and avoid corrosion.
4. The parking space of concrete pump truck shall be hardened, smooth and solid. Good drainage is constructed to prevent collapse.
5. When connecting the pump tubes, you must set up reliable and firm racks. In order to swing, anchored steel can be used to reinforce the racks.

8. When pump tube is removed, it must be placed on the flat ground to clean and check. If there is any damage, it should be repaired timely.
9. When concrete pump truck is running, you should arrange full-time staff to regularly inspect the pipe. If there is anything wrong with the pipe, the staff should schedule maintenance timely.
10. Before concrete pump works, the comprehensive communication must be equipped on operation site to make sure safety management of construction.
