If the shaft rotates slowly or even stops, the operator must stop the machine immediately and check whether the machine has the following matters:
?Concrete mixer is overloaded
If the concrete mixer shaft workload excesses its normal standard, the shaft may rotates slowly, even stops. In this case beton mixer, the operator needs to adjust the feed quantity, and discharge the excess material to reduce the shaft load.
? There is large block stuff between the mixing blades and the cylinder wall
If the clearance between the mixing blades and the cylinder wall is too large, it probably blocks some stuff, which may lead to concrete mixer shaft stopping rotation. On this circumstance, the operator should stop the machine and take out of the stuff , and readjust the clearance between the blades and the cylinder wall.
? Concrete mixer motor belt is loose
