Erling Haaland scored his first goal for Manchester City in just 12 minutes against Bayern Munich in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Following his absence from City's 2-1 win over Club America earlier this week, Haaland was thrust into the action from the start against a team he knows well from his time in the Bundesliga.

And, despite not being involved in the play at first, City's No.9 was clinical with his first sight of goal.

Jack Grealish laid it on a plate for the big Norwegian, and while it was a simple finish, you get the impression it's the type of goal he'll score again and again in sky blue.

While many rumors have linked Bernardo Silva to FC Barcelona, he spoke on the sidelines of Manchester City's victory over Club America (2-1). He wanted to clarify his situation, which has also been linked to PSG.

"As long as I am a Manchester City player, I will give everything for this club," he said at the Sky Sports microphone. Although his professionalism takes precedence over his current desires, Sport reports that the 27-year-old Portuguese midfielder dreams of playing for Barcelona in the future.

Chelsea are planning to block any future deal with Barcelona.

Jules Kounde is closer to Barcelona than ever before. The defender has spoken with Barcelona head coach Xavi and has turned down Chelsea. Kounde to Barcelona could be completed within the next few hours.

Barcelona has prepared a €55 million offer for the French defender. Barcelona will no longer sign Marcos Alonso and Cesar Azpilicueta. The Blaugranas believe Dest and Sergi are viable candidates for those positions. Because of their versatility, Kounde and Araujo will also be considered for that position. Barcelona will not sign a left-back until they have completed the deal for Kounde.

Chelsea is aware of the situation and has no plans to sell their captain to Barcelona. The London club may also veto any future transfer deals with the Spanish giants. Chelsea believes Barca has not acted professionally in this situation.

Chelsea must now focus on Presnel Kimpembe if they are to strengthen their defense.
