The check and preparation work before concrete batching plant commissioning as follows:
1. Check whether lubricating oil is enough, especially the seal plate of the shaft end.
2. Check the installation of all parts to ensure the connecting bolt fastening.
3. Check whether the pneumatic system is normal and ensure the discharging door is closed.
4. Check whether there is foreign matter inside the mixing barrel, and retighten the scaleboards, blades and bolts.
5. Check whether the electrical system is normal.
6. Check whether water supply, aggregate and powder system is normal.
7. Ensure the clearance between the scaleboad and blade is not more than 5 mm.
