Johnny Depp gets back at Amber Heard, records extravagant allure in slander case

Johnny Depp is preparing for one more fight in court against previous spouse Amber Heard.

The Hollywood star has formally documented a notification to pursue the decision which granted his Heard $2million (£1.7m) in compensatory harms in the entertainer's maligning preliminary.

According to court records, Depp's legitimate group documented his allure on Friday at the Virginia Court of Appeals in Fairfax County, Virginia.

The Pirates of the Caribbean entertainer's move comes one day after the Aquaman entertainer recorded her notification to pursue the June 1 decision, which granted Depp triumph in the sensation preliminary.

Archives recorded by Depp's lawyers read: 'Offended party and counterclaim-litigant John C Depp, II, by counsel, thusly requests to the Court of Appeals of Virginia from every unfavorable decision and from the last judgment request of this Circuit Court entered on June 24, 2022.'

In June, after an extensive hearing at the Fairfax County District Court, the jury saw that as Heard, 36, criticized the Edward Scissorhands entertainer in a 2018 commentary for The Washington Post.

Depp's representative likewise said, 'The jury paid attention to the broad proof introduced during the six-week preliminary and came to a reasonable and consistent decision that the respondent herself maligned Mr Depp in various examples. We stay positive about our case and that this decision will stand.'
