Beneficiaries of the Nation Builders Corps (NABCo) are urged to use the YouStart initiative to develop their enterprises by Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta.
They will be able to become dynamic young business owners and important job creators for other young people thanks to this, among other things.
He emphasized that the YouStart initiative will be a crucial intervention in helping these beneficiaries support the government's efforts to transform Ghana into an entrepreneurial nation.
As a result, the government will keep improving and supporting all of its signature initiatives to boost output, raise productivity, and add jobs.
"Mr. Speaker, our renowned Nation Builders' Corps program will be finished by September 1st, 2022. It was originally ran for three years and extended for an additional year. The initiative, which involved 100,000 recent grads, has helped thousands of them get ready for the workforce.
"We have so far contributed about 2.2 billion [to the initiative]." The present cohorts of the program are urged to utilize the YouStart initiative and other such programs as they graduate, in our effort to create an entrepreneurial nation, he said.
On Monday, July 25, Mr. Ofori-Atta delivered the 2022 mid-year budget review in Parliament and stated that the government is resolute to show the necessary leadership to revive the nation's economy.

"Let me assure you that we will do it again within the next 2.5 years on behalf of the President. The government's aim is to assist dynamic young entrepreneurs in getting the skills and funding they need to grow their enterprises and offer a sizable number of jobs for other young people.
