The groundbreaking effort aims to provide startups, small businesses, business enthusiasts, and entrepreneurs with the necessary tools and resources to help them manage their operations, grow their companies, and find new, sustainable markets.
Kuukua Adams, Chief Executive Officer of Clay Group, commented on the necessity of the Clay Business Clinic, saying, "Entrepreneurship continues to play a key role in driving economic growth internationally and generating job possibilities for many. The SMEs industry in Ghana has expanded consistently over time. SMEs and startups still have certain difficulties, nevertheless.
We have first-hand knowledge of the landscape thanks to our recent work with startups and SMEs to assist them expand their operations.
"We viewed this as an opportunity to assist these firms in putting the proper plans and systems in place so they can grow sustainably and take advantage of the opportunities that digitalization offers. The first edition will include officials from the Ghana Revenue Authority, SSNIT, and Petra Trust as well as seasoned tax and accounting specialists. Participants will be required to pay taxes, make Tier 1 and Tier 2 pension payments, and have faith in these organisations. Participants would also have the chance to clarify any misunderstandings they may have regarding the regulatory authorities and gain more knowledge about how to manage their firms effectively by asking questions.
Strengthening the link between SMEs and regulatory agencies is the focus of this inaugural event. The Ghanaian firm Clay Group, which has two companies named Clay Consult and Clay & Associates Ltd., is industry-neutral. The Clay Group today provides professional service solutions and internal strategy through vertical integration. Currently, Group CEO Kuukua Adams serves as its chair.
