1. The mobile mixer should be parked on the smooth and solid place with favorable drainage ditches.
2. After the mixer is in its place, put down the legs to drive up the rack and make the tire off the ground. In the area with long operational period, it is necessary to support the machine with skids, remove the tires and traction lever and level the machine.
3. When the hopper is in the lowest position, add a buffer skid between the hopper and ground.
4. Before wiring, check the power supply and voltage. The fluctuation amplitude should not exceed 5% of the stipulated mixer electrical equipment.
5. If the mixing drum or blade operates normally, we can have the hopper lift test. Observe whether the clutch and brake is flexible and reliable.
6. Check and revise whether the indication water yield of the water system is consistent with the actual amount, if the error exceeds 2%, we should check whether the piping leaks or not and if necessary adjust the throttle.
7. The mixing material added into the mixer every time should not exceed 10% of the specified value. In order to reduce sticking tank, the charging order should be coarse aggregate - cement - sand, or sand - cement - coarse aggregate.
8. When raising the hopper, it is forbidden for any person to stay under or through the hopper. If the maintenance has to be implemented, it is necessary to lock the hopper with iron chain after it is elevated.
9. The operating process should have no repair, adjustment, or refueling, and sand diesel concrete mixer, stone and other materials are forbidden to fall into the machine's transmission mechanism.
