Elmina Fishing Harbor will serve individuals of Cape Coast also - Transport Minister

The Ministry of Transport has shown that the development of the Elmina Fishing Harbor falls inside the directions of the Ghana Ports and Habours Authority and a territory to which Cape Coast has a place.
