Lawyers for Elon Musk are guaranteeing in a new documenting that Twitter distorted data about the organization and its "key measurements," and mutilated its worth trying to make the extremely rich person consent to purchase the web-based entertainment stage at an expanded cost.

The claims were definite in a countersuit made public Thursday. The recording affirms extortion and cases Twitter offered expressions in its Securities and Exchange Commission exposures that were "not even close to evident" and "contain various, material deceptions or oversights that contort Twitter's worth."

Twitter in its reaction said its SEC revelations are exact and that the organization "distorted nothing."

The case that Musk was "duped" into marking the consolidation is "as unrealistic and as opposed to reality as it sounds," Twitter said, and affirmed that Musk is pursuing reasons to get away from the understanding.

Twitter sued Musk last month after Musk tried to pull out of an arrangement to buy the organization for $54.20 per share, or $44 billion, and take it private. Since Musk previously made his bid for Twitter in April, the online entertainment stage's portion cost has tumbled to $41, driving some, including Twitter itself, to estimate that Musk is just looking for a lower cost for the organization.

Musk, thusly, has blamed Twitter for keeping information about the volume of phony and spam accounts on its site, contending the organization has been deluding financial backers about the number of dynamic clients it that genuinely has. A large part of the countersuit centers around those records and dynamic client numbers.

Twitter has answered in the past to those cases by saying it has given Musk all the data he's requested.

Presently, Twitter will court to drive Musk to finish the deal.
