Jurgen Klopp was not exactly intrigued with his Liverpool player's showcase after their 2-2 draw with Fulham at Craven Cottage on Saturday.
The recently advanced side was feeling sure on their home turf and they began a lot of in the command.
After just beating Manchester City to crown the community shield, It was on the red to outclass the newly promoted side but things did not go as expected.
Aleksandar Mitrovic was causing Virgil van Dijk and Joel Matip a wide range of issues, and he got his merited opener soon after the half-hour mark.
The Mitrovic transcended Trent Alexander-Arnold at the far post and headed home past Reds goalkeeper Alisson.
Liverpool helped back based on level conditions through substitute and debutant Darwin Nunez, yet Fulham was ahead again not long some other time when Mitrovic changed over from the punishment spot after a foul from Van Dijk in the crate.
Although at some point in the game it was all about Liverpool Fulham was very clear about what the reds went to do to frustrate them and score goals against them.
Mohamed Salah figured out how to save a point for the away side, yet Klopp wasn't happy with his player's presentation and conceded they didn't merit in excess of a point.
'We got a point from a downright horrendous game from my side,' Klopp told BT Sport.
'The demeanor wasn't directly before all else. Then we needed to retaliate yet you don't find it simple any longer, the pitch was dry, stuff like this.
'The outcome is fine, we didn't merit more. The presentation needs huge improvement.
'We began the game the contrary way we needed to. Didn't track down bearing, and passed the ball around against their 4-4-2 in defending.
'Everyone was feeling the squeeze, we couldn't actually break the lines. We never had force.
'We might have dominated the match since we had the greater possibilities yet it was most likely all in all too much.'
