There are many ways in which fifth generation (or "next generation") wireless technologies may impact our lives when it becomes widely available..Some examples include:
(i)Faster Mobile Connectivity:One way that fifth generation wireless may impact our lives is by offering us faster mobile connectivity speeds than what we currently experience with fourth generation LTE (Long Term Evolution).This means that we'll be able load web pages quicker while browsing on our smartphones; download files such as music, movies & games at lightning fast speeds; enjoy smoother streaming videos with less buffering delays; conduct video calls & conferences without any lags or pixelations; etc.
(ii)More Realistic Virtual Reality Experiences:Another way that fifth generation wireless might affect us is by making virtual reality experiences more realistic due to its higher bandwidth & lower latency capabilities compared with 4GLTE.
(iii)Autonomous Vehicles May Become A Reality Sooner Than We Think:One highly anticipated application of fifth generation wireless technologies is their potential use in facilitating the development of autonomous vehicles i.e."self-driving cars".With its high data rates& low latency speeds ,fifth generation networks maybe able to better support real time communications between automobiles & other pieces of infrastructure which are necessary for self driving cars operate safely& efficiently.
(iv)New Healthcare Services Such As Remote Surgery May Be Possible:"Telemedicine",or delivery off medical care/services via telecommunications technologies has been around for quite some time now but has been limited somewhat due too slower internet connection speeds & poorer image quality issues associated with older generations off internet protocols like 3gpp's HSPA (High Speed Packet Access).
However,with much higher bandwidths& much lower latencies offered by next gen wireless standards like those being developed under the auspices of the 3rd Generation Partnership Project(3gpp),we may start seeing newer telemedicine applications emerge soon which were not possible before. You should look forward to the many wonders 5G has for us.
