I almost quit music before I delivered 'Asuoden' - Sista Afia
Performer Sista Afia says she nearly shut down her vocation in music before she delivered her hit tune, 'Asuoden.'
As indicated by the Jeje vocalist, however for her fans, she would abandoned music.
In a meeting with Andy Dosty on Daybreak Hitz, the vocalist, who has produced extraordinary music throughout recent years referenced that her inspiration for doing music is fuelled by the affection she gets from her fans.
Sista Afia said she owes her fans great music and isn't prepared to frustrate them.
"I needed to stop music before I delivered Asuoden. I'm even actually thinking about that idea. The thing is I generally keep on pushing advances due to the fans. They are the ones that affection my music and I would rather not let them down since I feel some way about the music business."
Sista Afia in a similar meeting expressed that she feels boycotted in the business notwithstanding her huge commitment. She guarantees she some of the time feels like her works are not valued by watchmen in the business.
"I believe I have been boycotted by the business. Not just as a result of the reality I don't get granted for my works yet there are a great deal of reasons I felt as such"
Sista Afia weeped over being side-lined by occasion coordinators.
"There are a great deal of things that I could say yet it's excessive. I would rather not be boycotted more," she said.
Realized by the stage name Sista Afia, Francisca Gawugah, is a Ghanaian vocalist and lyricist from Accra. She earned respect following the arrival of her single "Jeje", which highlights dancehall artistes Shatta Wale and Afezi Perry.
