NOTIFICATION AND REQUEST FOR SECURITY ASSISTANCE IN OUR UPCOMING PICKETING AT JUBILEE HOUSE

NABTAG writes to apprise you on our intent to picket at the Jubilee House and request for the provision of security of same .
8th August , 2022.
The executives of NABTAG , chaired by Dennis Opoku Katakyie , have decided to picket at the Jubilee House , due to several months of unpaid allowances due beneficiaries of the NABCO scheme .

Trainees of NABCO will match to the Jubilee House in a peaceful fashion to present our grievances to the President , Vice President , and the Chief of Staff . The picketing is aimed at registering our displeasure over the insensitivity of government in refusing to pay us for the past ten ( 10 ) months . Trainees have been reporting to work with no hope of getting paid for their work . Several reminder calls have been placed but nothing seems to be working , hence our decision to undertake this step with the hope of receiving a positive response .
The picketing will start with a match from ObraSpot , Ring Road through the Frontal Area of TV3 to the Front Gate of Jubilee House , where our petition will be presented .
The exercise will take place on Thursday , 18th August , 2022 , from 7.00 AM to 1 PM .
We therefore seek your assistance to get the needed protection throughout this exercise .

After a long and deep deliberations between the leadership of NABCO Trainees and Greater Accra Police Command, the following were concluded and taking into consideration all security measures/arrangements;
1. The last level headed for the picketing is as of now *INDEPENDENCE SQUARE* where the Vice President/his representative will acknowledge our allure.
2. Course to the *INDEPENDENCE SQUARE* is from Obra spot through Farisco Traffic light through TUC combination, National Theater to Custom managerial focus go left to *INDEPENDENCE SQUARE.*
3. The Date for the Picketing stays unaltered thusly *Thursday, eighteenth August, 2022 at exactly 7am.*
4. The Greater Accra Police Command has *fully promised us of most outrageous security protection*
A letter was submitted to the work environment of the Vice President at the Jubilee House yesterday to tell him of the picketing and moreover mentioned that he be open to acknowledge our solicitation on the said date and place._
All NABCO Trainees are approached to be fundamental for this picketing to come by expedient and positive results.
