Tottenham has had a very busy summer but there is still work to be done.
Destiny Udogi is expected to become the club's seventh signing, although he will soon return to Napoli on loan, while there is also interest in James Garner as a midfield option and Spurs have Illan Meslier as a long-term target.
The club is seeking buyers for a number of unwanted players including Tanguy Ndombele who is close to moving from north London.
Here's your latest Tottenham transfer news and rumors...
Illan Meslier
The goalkeeper is not a position Tottenham currently prioritizes in the transfer market with new signing Fraser Forster backing Hugo Lloris.
But The Athletic reports that Spurs have a genuine interest in Leeds' Illan Meslier and see the Frenchman as a potential replacement for Hugo Lloris in the near future.
While Manchester United is also said to be one of the clubs interested in Meslier, Tottenham is currently the club most likely to sign the goalkeeper.
Tanguy Ndombele
Selling unwanted players may now be a bigger focus for Spurs than signing.
The club used to be very active in the transfer market because they got the job done on time and now Tottenham wants to continue those who are not part of Antonio Conte's plans.
Giovani Lo Celso has returned to Villarreal and Tanguy Ndombele is expected to join Napoli for a season-long loan, with the Italian side having the option to sign him permanently for £25m next summer.
The Frenchman, who has been training outside the first-team squad, is believed to be interested in a move.
Tottenham also tried to move Sergio Reguilon and Harry Winks before the end of the window.
James Garner
Tottenham made little progress in bringing Niccolò Zaniolo to the club and is reportedly turning to alternative options.
One of them, according to The Athletic, is Manchester United's James Garner, who is expected to be available for around £14m.
Fabio Paratici is said to be a huge fan of the 21-year-old, who was on loan at Nottingham Forest last season after seeing him stalk Jed Spence.
