Did you know Liverpool has scouted transfer targets from Arsenal and Chelsea?
Liverpool scouts have recently taken a look at Villarreal winger Yeremi Pino, according to Fabrizio Romano, while the exciting young Spaniard is also being closely monitored by London rivals Arsenal and Chelsea.
The 19-year-old has established himself as one of Europe's most exciting up-and-coming talents in recent years, and it's possible that he'll play in the Premier League in the future.
On his Here We Go podcast, Romano stated that Pino has many admirers, stating that he is on the radar of Arsenal and Chelsea, while also revealing that Liverpool is another club interested in the teenager.
It will be interesting to see how this develops in the coming weeks and months, but there is no doubt that Liverpool would be wise to keep a talent like this in mind as a long-term replacement for Sadio Mane, who has been missed since his summer move to Bayern Munich.
Arsenal appears to be in need of someone like Pino to replace the struggling Nicolas Pepe, while Chelsea will undoubtedly make changes in that department, having recently allowed Timo Werner to leave, while also facing interest from Newcastle for Christian Pulisic and Callum Hudson-Odoi, as Romano wrote in his CaughtOffside column today.
For the time being, Liverpool would be a more appealing destination for Pino if he wants to compete for major trophies and develop his game, with Jurgen Klopp doing fantastic work on both fronts during his time at Anfield.
Arsenal, on the other hand, appear to be on the rise, with Romano mentioning in his podcast how much Edu and Mikel Arteta have done to improve the atmosphere at the Emirates Stadium in the last year or so.
