Official: Sevilla FC sign Tanguy Nianzou from Bayern Munich
In a great deal for Bayern Munich, the player will now get the minutes he craves.
Young defender Tanguy Nianzou has officially completed his transfer to Sevilla FC in La Liga, according to Bayern Munich. The Frenchman, 20, joins the Spanish team as part of a deal that also includes a buy-back option for an unspecified sum. He'll probably replace Jules Kounde, a defender who left for FC Barcelona this summer.

In the summer of 2020, the widely anticipated super-star-in-waiting transferred from PSG to Bayern. Nianzou has found it difficult to break into the Bayern lineup, despite numerous pundits and working professionals praising his talent and improvement. Even though he is skilled and aggressive for his age, there are some rough edges in his game that need to be polished before he can contribute fully to a Champions League contender squad. Though he was undoubtedly too talented for Bayern II, he was also unprepared for the main team.
The conundrum has been resolved between the club and the player. Sevilla has been given the exclusive right to play Nianzou in La Liga as of right now. According to Florian Plettenberg, the transfer cost is a set sum of sixteen million euros with the possibility of four million euros in performance bonuses. Additionally, it is said that Bayern has negotiated a sell-on share of more than 20% and has a buyback and matching mechanism in the deal.
There probably isn't a greater offer for Bayern than this. The price is reasonable, and if Nianzou keeps his enormous promise, they have given themselves the best chance of recovering the young guy from a sale. Tanguy should receive the minutes he needs to make his argument.
