British born Ghanaian winger,Callum Hudson-Odoi is almost done with a move to another club as he leaves Chelsea on loan to seek more playing time.

Bundesliga's Borussia Dortmund, English Premier league's Newcastle, and Southampton have all been linked with the young talented  England international who has Ghanaian backgrounds and is being talked to by officials of the Ghana Football Association to switch nationality and join the Black Stars for the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar campaign later this year. Earlier reports which have been proven to be false with time, indicated that he was almost done with the allegiance switch to Ghana. 

Players including Inaki Williams', Tariq Lamptey, Mohammed Salisu and Antoine Semenyo will be eligible for a call up as they have completed their nationality switch process. 

Hudson-Odoi, who made 15 Premier League appearances last season and is yet to feature in any match this season, is considering a move to other clubs where he could have good playing time. 

Chelsea are said to be open to a loan deal but are hesistant in losing the 21-year-old permanently. Callum Hudson-Odoi name was left out of the list for Chelsea's opening Premier League game at Everton and an unused substituition against Tottenham Hotspurs on Sunday.

According to unconfirmed reports, the talented budding player is not trusted by manager Thomas Tuchel.

Hudson-Odoi, who has three England caps, almost joined Bundesliga's champions Bayern Munich in 2019 before appending his signature to a five-year deal worth more than £120,000 per week.

He has struggled to make a strong case for himself as a regular player at Chelsea FC, after his Achilles injury in 2019 but he has committed and spent this summer working on his upper body strength in order to catch the eye of the team managers and to have more impactful playing time this season.
