Chelsea will block Manchester United's move to Christian Pulisic as they are unwilling to let the American join their rivals.

The winger is keen to move away from Stamford Bridge as he aims to play football regularly ahead of the World Cup starting in November.

United was struggling to sign players before the transfer window closed and have identified Pulisic as the solution to their attacking woes, with the American able to play on either side.

Meanwhile, Pulisic is open to a move to Old Trafford and United is keen to offer him a season-long loan at the Theater of Dreams.

Chelsea sympathizes with Pulisic's decision to leave the club and will sanction his departure.

However, according to the BBC, Chelsea will block United's interest as they are unwilling to hand it over to a direct rival.

Although United have lost their first two Premier League games this season, Erik ten Hag's sides are looking to battle it out for a top-four finish.

Despite his injury woes, Pulisic remains an impressive talent and teams like Newcastle have shown interest in him.

Pulisic is keen to leave the club following the arrival of Raheem Sterling from Manchester City, which has pushed him further down the table.

Pulisic will not rush to put in any transfer request as he is looking forward to up his game to impress both Thomas Tuchel and Chelsea's new owners.

Although, Christian Pulisic hasn't been a bad player since his arrival from Dortmund, just that injuries have always been working against him.

United have failed in their bid to sign Antony from Ajax, while they have not been successful in their bid for PSV star Cody Gakpo. Manchester United will have to make things quick before the transfer windows close. They (Manchester United) have been the talking point since the start of the Premier League campaign after failing to win both of their first two games and conceding 6 goals too.

Alot, are blaming the players, and some blame the manager's tactics.
