On Sunday afternoon, West Ham United will host Brighton and Hove Albion at the London Stadium in an effort to get their season back on track with a victory. Last Saturday, the Hammers lost 1-0 at Nottingham Forest, so David Moyes will be desperate for his team to bounce back in this league match at home.

Given that Moyes is anticipated to select a potent starting XI for this match, the East London team may set up in a 4-2-3-1 system. Once more, Michail Antonio will start as the line-leader up top for West Ham.

West Ham United's Predicted Lineup Against Brighton's Defense is 4-2-3-1.

Ukasz Fabiaski, who allowed one goal in his previous league game, will start in goal for the Seagulls. Ben Johnson and Kurt Zouma will continue to form the core of Moyes' defense as they attempt to prevent Brighton from scoring this weekend.

Aaron Cresswell will try to draw attention as the left-back while Vladimr Coufal will remain in the right-back position. To properly support the front players, both of them will be given the freedom to express themselves in the opponent's half.

Given that they are still recovering from their separate injuries, it seems unlikely that Craig Dawson and Angelo Ogbonna will be able to play in this game.

Declan Rice and Tomas Soucek will anchor the midfield as they work together to produce a commanding performance in the middle of the park.

As a part of West Ham's attack, the talented trio of Said Benrahma, Pablo Fornals, and Jarrod Bowen will play immediately ahead of them. Despite not scoring in that game against Nottingham, Benrahma put on a respectable performance. Moyes will therefore depend on him to put on a successful performance this Sunday.

On the bench, Manuel Lanzini will be available for selection, and if necessary, the second half of the game might provide him a chance to shine.

Attack

On his own up top, Michail Antonio will take command for the East London powerhouses. If West Ham is to win this weekend, he must find a way to put his name on the scoresheet.

Gianluca Scamacca and Maxwel Cornet will have to make do with a spot on the bench while they wait for their moment to shine if West Ham still needs a goal late in the game.
