Harry Kane of Tottenham Hotspur received praise from Tim Sherwood for his performance against Wolverhampton Wanderers in the Premier League tonight, according to reports.
In an effort to extend their unbeaten streak to matchday three, Tottenham Hotspur visited Wolves for the English Premier League early kickoff at Tottenham Stadium. Spurs made it through a perplexing opening period in which Wolves dominated. The second half resumed with Antonio Conte's team upping the tempo.
After giving Spurs the lead with a header, Harry Kane broke the tie. Last Saturday, his goal against Chelsea tied him for the most important goal scorer for a single team in the Premier League with former Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero.
With a tight 1-0 victory over Wolves at home this afternoon, Tottenham has continued their solid start to the season.
The sole goal of the game was scored in the 64th minute by England striker Kane.
The assist was given by Ivan Perisic, who joined on a free transfer during the summer transfer window after leaving Inter Milan at the end of the previous campaign.

Despite not playing very well against Wolverhampton Wanderers, Tim Sherwood highlighted that Tottenham Hotspur nevertheless managed to complete the task.
Over the course of the full 90 minutes, Spurs were arguably the superior team, and Kane once again shone.
Although Tottenham is capable of playing much better than they did today, head coach Antonio Conte won't care because the North London team came away from the match against Wolves with three points.
