Police in India has arrested a 27-year-old Nigerian woman who allegedly tried to smuggle drugs valued at Rs. 15,10,000, to Goa by concealing the consignment in her sandals.
Superintendent of Police (SP), Nidhin Valsan, who disclosed this in a statement on Sunday, August 21, said the accused, Damilola Janet Odula, was nabbed after the police received a tip-off on the consignment of drugs.
“The accused, carrying the drugs, had arrived from Delhi by Goa Express train. MDMA weighing 151 grams was recovered from her possession and seized.” Valsan said.
A case has been registered against her, he added. Nigerians is gradually becoming one if the countries notable for illegal acts such as frauds, drug trafficking, cultist and other abominable acts.
Over the months, we have recorded over five cases of Nigerian getting arrested for either trafficking drugs, cyberfrauds, and other illegal drugs.
The news which is fast spreading has caught the attention of online users and have urged the indian authorities to deal with her to serve as a deterrent to future perpetrators.

“I want to say a big sorry to you, big bro. I know I’m taller than you but you’re older than I am. Please, forgive me,” Amerado said.
