With Liverpool's substitute enrollment, Jurgen Klopp sends a strong Naby Keita transfer letter.

The efficiency of Liverpool's midfield has been scrutinized in their first two Premier League games, which have both ended in draws, as the Reds manager has responded to questions about future transfer business.

'You're heading nowhere,' Jurgen Klopp has told Naby Keita, his star midfielder.

The Liverpool manager is resolute that replacing the 27-year-old before the transfer window closes is impossible, which means he will not be allowed to leave. Keita is said to be dissatisfied with the failure to reach an understanding on a new contract, and with only a year left on his Anfield contract, there have been reports in Germany of strong interest from Borussia Dortmund.

Sadio Mane, who was in a similar situation at the end of last season, was sold to Bayern Munich after they refused to meet his Ł350,000-per-week contract demands.

But, despite the fact that Keita arrived at Anfield for Ł52 million, the manager insists there is no chance of that happening with him. "Are you selling Naby now?" And why not replace him? That is not a possibility! Obviously not. But that is not the plan," he explained.

"We are completed (in the transfer market); it is not that we believe a player can leave and we do not replace him." There's no way. No. Naby will not go, but if he would - which he will not do! - there must be a replacement, of duration. And, yes, it would be extremely difficult to replace him."
With Thiago, Curtis Jones, and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain all injured a lot, Klopp has come under fire from some quarters, including his own supporters, for what is perceived as a lack of firepower in the midfield. But he insisted that he "has what we need" and that there will be no new faces before the window closes - because he is waiting for the right target...not just any target. "Yes (we have what we will get) when they're all fit and 100 percent, but even then, we're always trying to improve... but it has to be the right player," he said.

"And if the right player isn't accessible, we often say, 'OK, we'll deal with what we have because once we sign a player who isn't 100% the right player." Right. As a result, nothing changed. We have more injuries than we anticipated, and it would be great to bring in a new midfielder right now. Then there's the fact that we don't have control over how much money we spend. That's really the situation; we get information and then deal with it. It was never different, always the same."

All whilst, midfielder Fabinho stated that Liverpool is ready to begin the spring against Man Utd on Monday night at Old Trafford. "We know this is the greatest match in the Premier League, and it's usually advantageous to play these games because the fans always want to win, so it's also beneficial for morale," Fabinho said. "We have to win. We'll go to Old Trafford with the mindset of winning, so we'll work for a few days before the game and hopefully be in the best shape to face Man United.

"Winning three games in a row at Old Trafford is a good opportunity for us as well." The last game was really good for us with the 5-0 win, especially for Mohamed Salah, so fingers crossed this last game will bring positive emotions for the team to help us start a game another good game and win at Old Trafford.

"I think we started the season in the best way possible by winning the Community Shield, but that wasn't the start we wanted in the Premier League." Of course, we all know that winning games at the start of the season is crucial, but that wasn't the case this year, so we began with two draws. It's still early in the season, but

We realize we demand 3 points as quickly as possible, and therefore game against Manchester United is a great opportunity to get back on track."
