Ajax was the opponent at Anfield on Tuesday night during the second matchday of the 2022–23 Champions League matches.

Mohammed Salah gave the Premier League heavyweights the lead in the 17th minute.

However, Kudus scored an amazing goal after 10 minutes.

Despite Joel Matip scoring the game-winning goal for Jürgen Klopp's team in the 89th minute to conclude the match 2-1, the 21-year-goal old's was the talk of the match.

The former FC Nordsjaelland attacker was a favorite of Henry, who won the Champions League with Barcelona and the FIFA World Cup with France.

Mohammed Kudus remarked on CBS Sports, "He [Mohammed Kudus] came from the Academy Right to Dream from Ghana, and he is living his dream."

After scoring and providing an assist in the inaugural game last week against Rangers, Kudus was named Man of the Match.

Before scoring against Liverpool last week, the Black Stars winger backed it up with a hat trick against Heerenveen in the Eredivisie.

He now has five goals and one assist in his last four games for Alfred Schreuder's team after his goal at Anfield.

Kudus has been included in the Ghanaian team for the upcoming friendlies against Brazil and Nicaragua, which will take place in France and Spain.

Ajax is the best place for Ghanaian international Mohammed Kudus, claims retired Dutch defender Hans Kraay Jr.

The Black Stars mascot nearly moved on from Ajax during the summer transfer window.

He attempted to force a transfer to Everton of the English Premier League on the eve of the transfer deadline, but Ajax refused.

Mohammed Kudus's dissatisfaction with the club has changed over the past several weeks, and he is now content there.

The Ghanaian sensation should remain at Ajax, claims Hans Kraay Jr., because he is in the proper place.

The veteran Dutch defender remarked during an appearance on Voetbal Talk on ESPN, "It's the best place to be, and maybe it's the best place to play, so why are you sacrificing yourself?"

Mohammed Kudus will play when Ajax and Liverpool square off in the UEFA Champions League later today.
