Excessive sex can harm the eyes, according to an ophthalmologist.

Dr. Charles Mensah Cofie, Medical Director and Ophthalmologist at the Dziram Eye Clinic, has stated that excessive sex can harm the eyes.

When asked if sex affects the eyes, he replied, "Yes, it could affect it because in sex, sometimes when you have an orgasm, your blood pressure can go up...

"You must exercise caution and remain calm. Yes, the enjoyment is in the orgasm, but there have been cases of people having orgasms and having a stroke.

"Because when you have an orgasm, your blood pressure rises. So if you already have BP and it is uncontrolled, and then you have an orgasm, your BP will rise. And that one can result in eye bleeding and even stroke."

He went on to say "Yes, you must exercise caution because high blood pressure causes eye bleeding. I mean, I saw a movie in which someone had an orgasm, then passed out, and that was the end of it." When you have high blood pressure, you go to the hospital and they give you medication to control it. There is no problem once it is under control."

He did, however, state that the color of the eyes does not indicate whether or not they are infected.

"There is no such thing as a normal color, just as there is no such thing as a normal human color." There is no such thing as normal color. We're all different colors. As a result, the color of the eye does not reveal the eye. As a result, your eyes can be green.

"If it is not Glaucoma, the pressure is normal, and everything is in order. It is preferable to someone whose eye is white, has Glaucoma, and has a problem with the back of the eye. So the color of the eye is irrelevant "He stated this on GTV's breakfast show.
