Ghana's top platform for consumer engagement and technology, mNotify, has begun to celebrate its tenth anniversary.
The theme of the event, which was held in Accra, was "Customer Engagement and its Impact on Modern Businesses."
The celebrations for the 10th anniversary are intended to draw attention to the influence of technology, good customer-business relations, and the usage of sophisticated messaging technologies like chatbots.
The company's CEO, Mr. Ronald Tagoe, said at the beginning of this milestone celebration, "It's been a long fantastic journey of sustainable growth and impact. We have created efficient customer engagement & communication tools for numerous small enterprises and major organizations, and we are quite proud of our contributions to the Ghanaian business sector and economy.
