Meet the first independent presidential candidate in the 2024 elections.

Wilberforce Andrews, a private businessman and renowned accountant, has declared his intention to run as an independent candidate in the 2024 general election.

According to Graphicreport, he intends to use his expertise to address the country's economic challenges.

Wilberforce Andrews, who is from Eyan Denkyira in the Central Region, stated that his motivation for running for president was to bring his extensive experience to bear on the country's economic challenges.

Last Thursday, he told the press in Ekumfi-Essakyir that he had discovered some secrets behind the success of developed countries that he would use if elected president of the country.

"As a Ghanaian citizen, I have made the audacious decision to run in the 2024 presidential elections as an aspiring independent presidential candidate in order to bring my vast experience to bear on solving Ghana's chronic problems."

"It is true that white men are not in any way superior to black men, but we don't trust ourselves." "I've been following the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the White House, and the Europeans all this time, and I've discovered the secrets behind their success," he said, adding that "if elected president of the Republic of Ghana, I will apply the same procedures that will eventually overcome the country's shortcomings and put us ahead of them." According to Graphic.com, Wilberforce Andrews has pledged to end the winner-take-all phenomenon if elected.

"In fact, I cherish and appreciate both the National Democratic Congress and the New Patriotic Party because they have at least contributed their fair share to nation building." I can assure the entire country that my arrival or intervention as an independent presidential candidate will put an end to the winner-take-all phenomenon.

"My system will run an inclusive government to help the country overcome its difficulties and tribulations." "When a call for nominations for presidential candidates is issued, I will file my document with the Electoral Commission," he stated emphatically.

He also stated that he is "a correspondent to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and an executive member of the following organizations: Global Alliance of Impact Lawyers (GAIL), United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), United Nations Association of Ghana (UNA-GH), Africa Awake foundation, and Anti-Slavery International, among others."
