The GPA has been an issue for those currently in level 400 who are in their final year.Their complains show that, their GPA isn't real and surprisingly their results as in grades on the notice board differ from the ones in their portal.They claim the results given to them aren't their hard earned original results but results guessed by lecturers and examiners. This problem is said to be the schools number one challenge from level 100 to 400.Some students have it if the view that the lectures do not mark the exam papers but guess the results.

Level 400 students of University of Education, Winneba set to embark on a peaceful demonstrations over their transcripts on Monday 26th September, 2022. 

With the motto “FIX OUR TRANSCRIPTS NOW”.

They are therefore inviting all Level 400 students of UEW to come out in their numbers to support this good cause.

An article circulating on social media, where a student whose identity is yet to be known said ”Please it has become necessary for us to deploy any nonviolent means necessary to let our voices heard.

This is why we have mobilized ourselves on this platform to discuss the possible way forward.

We don't have much time left, and we're not going to accept any promises because this issue has been there for almost four years now. The former VC himself promised during our time in Level 200 2nd semester that our portal will be fixed but nothing happened.

Therefore, this is a proposed line of action for consideration;

*1. Let's create awareness from now onwards.*

*2. We declare #LEVEL400GOESRED from Monday onwards.*

*3. Petitioning of the Dean of student's affairs and  the Vice Chancellor.*

4. All other means including legal options will be looked into when it becomes necessary.

Please, let's remain resolute and stay united as we can.

We will do this for we're in this together.”
