Ghana School of Law entrance exam re-scheduled

The General Legal Council (GLC) has re-scheduled Friday's Entrance Examination for prospective students of the Ghana School of Law.

This follows suspected leakage of the question paper ahead of the exam.

The Conference of Heads of Basic Schools in the Bawku municipality in the Upper East Region wants schools shut down following insecurity.

The heads say the ban on tricycles and heightened security tensions put the lives of pupils at risk.

Chief, Pastor confess murdering nursing student for money rituals 

The two suspects - a pastor and a chief - arrested for the murder of 25-year-old prospective nursing student Georgina Asor Botchwey have confessed to the crime.

They told police that they committed the murder for money rituals.
