According to him, smoking is essential to his mental stability adding that, contrary to the fact that smoking can make one mad, his case is the other way around, ceteris paribus!
Speaking on Daybreak Hitz on Hitz FM, Kelvyn Boy said that “for real, I smoke. You see the way people think that if you smoke you go mad? Me, if I don’t smoke I will go mad.”
The ‘Down Flat’ hitmaker added that he does not like to hide that part of him or create a false personality for the general public.
“I like to stay real and I feel like this thing I do is my life, it’s my lifestyle too,” Kelvyn Boy said.
Ruthy, a showbiz critic, reacting to Kelvyn Boy’s rhetoric in the studios of Nhyira FM, blasted Kelvyn for making such a loose talk.
According to Ruthy, she can’t understand why such a promising star could stoop so low to say that he would die if he stops smoking weed, for Christ’s sake.
Ruthy added that the mother of Kelvyn Boy didn’t feed him with weed growing up, but breastmilk which has no weed particles, therefore, for him to come out and say what he said means he has a mental problem and needs an immediate checkup.

Businessman and Executive Chairman of Jonah Capital, an equity fund, Sir Sam Jonah say the media have grossly exaggerated his wealth in their reportage.
Speaking on the BBUM Show, Sam Jonah stated that he does not have the kind of wealth the media claims he has.
“News on my wealth has been grossly exaggerated. But let me just say this that I will, my father will be turning in his grave if he thought that I will be defined by how much I am worth “in monetary terms”. How much is Sam Jonah’s worth? One because I don’t have that level of wealth,” he explained.
Mr. Jonah, however, mentioned that he would like to be defined by what he stands for and not his wealth.
“I would like to be defined by what I stand for. I think my worth will come from the values that I hold and the principles that I hold. I would rather want to be defined by that than pounds and cedis and pesewas. I think it’s a tragedy people want to be associated with. I mean the others who love that. Unfortunately, I don’t. More importantly, I just feel, it is, I think, it’s not something that you ought to be proud of.
