I believe it's best for both parties. He will thrive at any club in the league but it's time for Hearts to get someone with new ideas.
Why should hearts of oak management take such a decision when they know the coach is an asset to them. Instead of them do self circumspection to find what is causing their current predicaments, the want to terminate innocent mans contract

Hearts of Oak Board Chairman, Togbe Afede met Coach Samuel Boadu and told him the club want a mutual termination of the contract. It’s been agreed and Boadu’s back room staff have all been told to stay away from training today.
