Top 11 most valuable footballers in world revealed including six Premier League stars

KYLIAN MBAPPE is the world's most valuable footballer, but six of the top 11 are Premier League players.

And three of them are from Manchester City, who dominate the list. This not only keeps him at Parc des Princes until 2025, but it also means he now earns ÂŁ1.6m per week after tax on top of a ÂŁ250m bonus.

Mbappe topples new rival Erling Haaland, with the in-form striker valued at ÂŁ135 million.

That figure makes his ÂŁ51 million transfer from Borussia Dortmund to City this summer look like a steal, especially after 14 goals in nine games so far.Vinicius Junior, who scored the winning goal in the Champions League final, is the third player valued at more than ÂŁ100 million, with the Brazilian winger valued at ÂŁ108.

Three central midfielders, including Pedri and Jude Bellingham, both 19, and relative veteran Phil Foden, 22, are all worth ÂŁ81 million.

The trio is expected to achieve great things, with Foden and Bellingham both set to start for England at the World Cup.On ÂŁ81 million, they are joined by Premier League strikers Mo Salah and Harry Kane.

Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic values himself at ÂŁ77 million.

To round out the top 11, he joins Manchester United playmaker Bruno Fernandes and Manchester City rival Kevin de Bruyne.

Aurelien Tchouameni, Declan Rice, and Trent Alexander-Arnold are among the other NINE players worth ÂŁ72 million.

That makes the Liverpool defender the most valuable defender in the world, with Transfermarkt calculations taking age, performance, potential, and contract length into account.Ruben Dias is the most expensive centre-back at ÂŁ67.5 million, ahead of Matthijs de Ligt and Marquinhos.

Thibaut Courtois, the No. 1 goalkeeper for Real Madrid and Belgium, is worth ÂŁ45 million.

Antonio Cassano, an Italian football legend, advises Cristiano Ronaldo to 'do himself a favor' and'stop' playing.

Following his recent struggles for both club and country, former Italy forward Antonio Cassano has urged Cristiano Ronaldo to retire or risk becoming a regular substitute.

Ronaldo has started just one league game for Manchester United this season under Erik ten Hag. He also struggled on Tuesday evening, September 27, as he missed several key chances in Portugal's 1-0 loss to Spain, which sent his team out of the Nations League semi-finals.

His place on the national team is now being called into question, with many calling for him to retire.Cassano believes Ronaldo is no longer meeting his usual high standards and should retire.

"At this point, Cristiano should do himself a favor and realize that if he does not reach a certain level, he should close the shop,' Cassano told Cabine Desportiva.

'He was a phenomenon who won everything. Stop! You must come to a halt or you will collide with the bench.'

Ronaldo holds the world record for the most goals scored in international men's football, with 117 for his country.
