Without a doubt, Liverpool football club has had a very disappointing start to the new 2022/2023 football season under Jurgen Klopp's management.
The Reds only completed moves for Darwin Nunez and Fabio Carvalho during the summer transfer window, failing to add any marquee players to their squad.
As a result of these factors, Liverpool FC has struggled for form this season, currently sitting in ninth place on the Premier League table.Due to their recent poor form, Liverpool are eager to improve their current squad and have been linked with a move for young Borussia Dortmund midfielder Jude Bellingham.
The 19-year-old England international, who left Birmingham to join Borussia Dortmund in 2020, has been a key member of the team in recent seasons.During the 2021/2022 season, the young central midfielder was heavily involved for Borussia Dortmund, scoring six goals and creating 14 assists in 44 appearances across all competitions.
Jude Bellingham has also had a strong start to the new 2022/2023 season, scoring three goals and assisting once in ten games for Borussia Dortmund.
His impressive midfield performances are thought to have piqued the interest of a number of clubs, but according to The Sun, Liverpool is currently leading the race to sign him.
According to the reports, Manchester City and Real Madrid are both interested in Jude Bellingham, but they are both competing with Liverpool in the transfer race.If signed, Jude Bellingham will join the Liverpool midfield alongside Thiago Alcantara, Fabinho, Jordan Henderson, Naby Keita, and Harvey Elliott.

Liverpool have just unlocked possible bold new Jürgen Klopp formation with latest injury return
Jürgen Klopp must find a way to revive Liverpool's season, and with a key player returning from injury, he may opt for a daring new formation.
This season has not gone according to plan for Liverpool. The Reds' start to the season has been far from what was expected of a team that nearly achieved a quadruple last season.Something clearly needs to be changed. Jürgen Klopp has tried to change Liverpool's style, but so far it hasn't worked, and instead of becoming more unpredictable, as the Liverpool manager would have hoped, the Reds have become more predictable than ever.
Liverpool must brace themselves for a difficult period in the Premier League, with tough games against Arsenal and Manchester City, the league's two best teams on current form.
And if Klopp wants to walk away from the two games with his head held high, he must make the necessary changes quickly. One such change might be risky, but it could yield the greatest reward, and with the return of Ibrahima Konaté, Klopp might just be able to pull it off.
This season, Liverpool's main issues have stemmed from their defensive shortcomings. To address this issue, Klopp should consider playing a back three, which would allow Virgil van Dijk, who thrived in a similar system for the Netherlands while on international duty, to regain his best form.
The use of a back three ensures that Trent Alexander-Arnold is not isolated on the right, and that he has the necessary cover in behind him to sniff out opposition attacks. Meanwhile, Liverpool will be less vulnerable to opposition counter-attacks.
