Teachers are the foundation of Ghana's transformational education reforms, according to Bawumia.


VP Dr Mahamadu Bawumia has commended the amazing accomplishments of Ghanaian educators, depicting them as the bedrock of the continuous changes in the country's schooling area.

"Our schooling change plan depends on preparing our kin to be imaginative, inventive, basic scholars and mechanically clever to lead our forward walk towards the fourth modern transformation."


That, Dr Bawumia said was the reason the public authority presented the standard-put together educational program that engaged with respect to the four Rs - Perusing, Composing, Math and Inventiveness, which will prompt 21st-century abilities of decisive reasoning, advancement, joint effort, correspondence and critical thinking.

He said the public authority stayed focused on the 'Instructor First' arrangement to guaranteeing that educators, who are vital to training changes, were completely tooled, talented and upheld to convey quality learning results to help the country's improvement yearnings.


The victor of the 2022 Ghana Instructor Prize, Stella Gyimaah Larbi of Adenta People group JHS, got a house worth GHC300,000, a grant to concentrate on abroad, an instructive excursion to Dubai and sped up advancement to the following position, known as 'Amiss Advancement.'
